These terms cover your use of Recon, a free product from Demand-Genius Ltd (“Demand Genius”, “we”, “us”). By connecting your account and using Recon, you agree to them.
What Recon is
Recon reads your calendar and emails you a brief, before your external meetings, on how AI tools are likely describing you to your prospects. It is a free service offered as-is. We may change, pause, or discontinue it at any time.
Your account
- You connect Recon with your own Google account and are responsible for activity under it.
- You can disconnect or unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how.
- Use Recon only for your own legitimate business purposes and in line with your employer’s policies.
The briefs
Briefs are generated automatically from publicly available information and AI models. They are for preparation and guidance only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not advice. Verify anything important before you rely on it. You’re responsible for how you use what a brief contains.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Recon — no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no using it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Recon, its content, and its branding are owned by Demand Genius. The briefs we generate for you are yours to use for your work.
Disclaimer & liability
Recon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand Genius is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on a brief.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
